• Business details you provide about your trade, service area, and team size.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and referring source.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your Founding Pilot request and onboarding.
• To provide, support, and improve the Ask EZ™ platform.
• To send service, appointment, billing, and account notifications you have consented to.
• To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

SMS / text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you requested, and is disclosed only to subprocessors that transmit those messages on our behalf (our messaging platform and telecom carriers). Those providers are contractually restricted to delivering messages for us and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Sharing of other information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect it.

Your choices

Ask EZ™ is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
