Ask EZ™ is operated by justaskez ("Ask EZ", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Business details you provide about your trade, service area, and team size.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and referring source.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your Founding Pilot request and onboarding.
• To provide, support, and improve the Ask EZ™ platform.
• To send service, appointment, billing, and account notifications you have consented to.
• To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

SMS / text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with subprocessors that deliver the messages on our behalf (for example, our messaging platform and telecom carriers). Those providers are contractually restricted to delivering messages for us and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Sharing of other information

We share non-SMS information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, CRM, payment processing), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect it.

Your choices
