Program description

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on an Ask EZ™ (justaskez) form, you agree to receive text messages from Ask EZ™ related to your Founding Pilot request, onboarding, account and service notifications, appointment reminders, and occasional product updates.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not required to buy any goods or services. You may request information by email instead at support@justaskez.com.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive conversational replies as well as periodic updates.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
