Program description

Program name: Ask EZ™ Alerts, operated by ezproQ LLC d/b/a Ask EZ™, 8007 E. Del Mercurio Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85258, USA. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on an Ask EZ™ form, booking a call, or texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Ask EZ™ related to your Founding Pilot request, onboarding, account and service notifications, appointment reminders, and occasional product updates.

How to opt in

• Check the unchecked SMS consent box on a web form at justaskez.com and submit it.
• Provide your mobile number when booking a call and agree to the disclosure shown.
• Text our business line (623) 888-8474 to start a conversation.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not required to buy any goods or services. You may request information by email instead at ez@justaskez.com.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive conversational replies as well as periodic updates.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other US carriers, including smaller regional and rural carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider.

Ask EZ™ is not liable for any delays, failures in delivery, charges from your carrier, or for any loss arising from your use of the messaging program. The program is provided "as is."

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
