These Terms govern your use of the Ask EZ™ website and platform provided by justaskez. By using the site or submitting a form, you accept these Terms.

Founding Pilot access

Founding Pilot spots are limited and offered at our discretion. Features described as upcoming may change, be delayed, or be replaced. No credit card is required to join the pilot; paid plans, if any, will be presented separately for your approval.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• If you send messages to your own customers through Ask EZ™, you are responsible for obtaining their consent and complying with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier requirements.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Communications and messaging

By submitting a form you agree we may contact you by email, phone, and — where you opt in — SMS. Messaging is governed by our SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Intellectual property

Ask EZ™ and the module names shown on this site are trademarks of justaskez. You retain ownership of the business data you submit.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, justaskez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
