Who we are

Ask EZ™ is a DBA of ezproQ LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming and operating from Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. We design and operate business software for home service contractors. Ask EZ™ is the name of our product; ezproQ LLC is the company behind it.

What we do

Ask EZ™ is an AI business operating system for home service companies. Instead of running a trade business across a scheduler, a quoting tool, an invoicing tool and a phone line that nobody answers, contractors run it through one system that handles:

• Call answering. An AI receptionist picks up when the owner is on a job, takes the caller's details and the nature of the work, and logs it.
• Estimates and approvals. Building a quote and sending it for the customer to approve online.
• Scheduling. Booking jobs, managing recurring visits, and confirming appointments.
• Invoicing and payments. Invoicing when the job is finished and collecting payment by card.
• Customer communication. On-my-way messages, receipts, follow-ups, and review requests after a completed job.

Who it is for

Owner-operators and small crews in the trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, garage doors, appliance repair and adjacent home service work — operating in the United States. It is built for businesses where the person answering the phone is usually the person doing the work.

Where we are in our launch

Ask EZ™ is in a private beta. We are onboarding a first group of contractors on a 90-day free program so that the product is shaped by people running real jobs before it opens more widely. We do not publish customer counts or testimonials we cannot substantiate, and we will not claim a track record we have not earned yet.

How we contact people

We reach contractors by phone, email, and physical mail. Where a business phone number is publicly published — for example on a state contractor licence record or a company's own website — we may call to introduce the beta program.

We add nobody to text messaging without their express consent. Consent is given directly to a member of our team, either in the chat assistant on this site or by calling or texting us. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
